Area kids took advantage of the area’s first big snow and the subsequent cancellation of classes at BCLUW to hit the powder last Friday in Conrad. Here, snowboarder Katie Thompson heads down a mini-hill behind Ritchie Industries. On Monday, icy conditions forced BCLUW into starting classes two hours late.
