Dare Officer, Seargent JD Holmes recently held a graduaton ceremony for BCLUW fifth graders who had completed the drug provention program. Having been doing this program for the last 22 years, Seargent Holmes has built up quite a solid program that teaches the students the various harms of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol. “I find that it is so important to educate. I am privaliged to work with the teachers and other officers who see the importance of the program,” he related.
